Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I send you a photograph ?
A. No, we are a digital site only, so you can only submit an image in digital form.
Q. Do you work on images on any subject?
A. Yes, as long as you either have the copyright or can send written permission from the copyright holder. This is essential where wedding photographs taken by a professional photographer are involved. Nude photographs may be refused, depending on the subject and suitability of the image.
Q. How long will it be to complete my order?
A. Usually, we will guarantee a five working day turnaround from the time you accept the quotation. It is often quicker but because of levels of work and other influences, we never guarantee anything less.
Q. How will I get my image back ?
A. If the image is small enough, it will be emailed to you as an attachment. If it is too large, there will be a page created where you can go and download it.
Q. Can you repair mould damaged or torn photographs?
A. Normally yes, although severely damaged images may not be salvageable.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay with any major credit card via our Paypal account which is a very secure way to pay online.
Q. How do I get my photo to you?
A. We only work with digital images so if you only have a photograph, you will have to get it scanned to convert it. Then you can upload it via our web page or attach it to an email and send it to us. The photo should be scanned at a minimum of 300dpi.
Q. Are there any problems to emailing images?
A. Sometimes if the file is large, you may find that you cannot attach it to an email. In this case you will have to upload it directly onto our site. If you have a Hotmail account, do not attach your file as a photograph file as the method they use to compress it will remove a lot of the images information. Please attach them as normal files.
Q. Can I get a physical print of my digital image?
A. Yes, but not from Imagewizard. You will need to either print it on your own printer, (using glossy paper is best) or download your digital file onto a USB removable disc or another storage medium and take it to your local printer.
